The Man With the Fancy Tassel Loafers

Not only is he well-dressed...he also has quite the loafer collection.

I know because every time I see him, he's wearing a different pair. I was especially impressed by this pair - split-toe AND tassel.  It's a rare treat to come across a pair of loafers like these in Washington so when I spotted these, I had to go out of my way to capture them.

I have no idea what brand they are but I'm guessing they're made in England (Church's perhaps?) and they are obviously very high quality.

I'm sure his socks are very high quality as well and I'd love to see him slip out of his loafers to find out.

What are the odds that his big feet are as well-manicured as his hands?
