Belgian Loafers - Hot or Not?

From what I've been able to discern, there are two schools of thought where these loafers are concerned. Men either love them or hate them.

I've never owned a pair or tried any on, but I understand that they are very comfortable.

My signtings of these have be far and few between, but they when I do see them, I'm captivated. They definitely make a statement and they're VERY sexy.

What do you think?

    I think of the Belgian loafer style as more of a women's style. But this guy makes them look pretty studly by wearing them without socks with slacks and a blazer.

    I have several pairs of them. They are extremely comfortable. But, I only wear them to cocktail parties and formal events. I think they can make a sexy man more sexy and a sexless man even less. I always question the leanings of any man that wears them. Around here, I lot of closet cases love them...

    Not into that particular style...prefer penny loafers the most out of all the styles.

    Really nice blog you have here. I have had a male dress shoe fetish for as long as I could remember, and it is nice to be able to interact with others who are into this as well.
